THIS is the LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me 
MARTHA CHRISTIANA CAINE of Number "Fifty-seven" Derby 
Square in the Borough of Douglas Isle of Man Widow of 
Thomas Caine late of Finch Road Douglas Tanner hereby
revoking all Wills and Testamentary writings by me at 
any time heretobefore made - I APPOINT WILLIAM FREDERICK 
DIEKINSON Advocate and EDWARD CLAGUE of "Nine" New- 
sham Terrace Clerk both of Douglas aforesaid (who and 
the survivor of them and the heirs executors and admin- 
istrators of such survivor and other the trustee or .. 
trustees for the time being of this my Will are herein- 
after called "my Trustees") Executors and trustees of 
this my Will - I BEQUEATH my wearing apparel jewellery 
and trinkets of the person plate and large photo of my 
late son Samuel to my nieces MARGARET WELSH wife of 
J. D. Welsh daughter of my sister Helen Amelia Williams 
and MONA ENSEL wife of Edward Ensel and daughter of 
my late brother Robert William Caine equally between .. 
them - I GIVE and BEQUEATH to the Trustees of Thomas 
Street Sunday School in Douglas aforesaid the sum of .. 
Twenty-five pounds to be applied for the benefit of the 
Sunday School solely - I GIVE and BEQUEATH to BERTHA 
JANE BRIDSON of Number "Fifty-seven" Derby Square in 
Douglas aforesaid the sum of Twenty-five pounds - I .. 
BEQUEATH to JANE SLACK  daughter of the late John Cain 
of Ballaskyr Michael the sum of One hundred pounds - I 
GIVE and BEQUEATH to the said William Frederick Dick- 
inson a legacy of One hundred pounds if he undertakes 
the trusts of this my Will and to the said Edward Clague 
a legacy of One hundred pounds if he undertakes the trusts 

of this my Will - I GIVE and BEQUEATH to Thomas Philip 
Cain son of my late brother Louis Arthur Caine a cer- 
tain parcel or lot of land in Pierpont Astabula County 
Ohio in the United States of America commonly known as 
"the Old Tanyard" lot purchased by me from Thomas Caine 
I DECLARE that the Mortgage and promissory note on lot 
four in block "three" in the Hiram Lake Plot as recorded 
in Ashtabula County aforesaid record of plots being fifty- 
five feet on the West side of Sandusky Street in the .. 
Village of Conneaut in the State of Ohio aforesaid passed 
by Mary F. Caine and her late husband my said brother 
Louis Arthur Caine to me and dated the Seventh day of 
December One thousand nine hundred and one are not to be 
called in or attempted to be called in but are to be .. 
treated by my trustees as paid and cancelled - I GIVE 
DEVISE and BEQUEATH to my Trustees the residue of my 
estates real and personal Upon Trust to sell call in and 
convert into mony the same or such part thereof as shall 
not consist of mony and the proceeds of such sale calling 
in and conversation and any personal estate consisting of 
money to divide in equal shares amongst my nephews and 
nieces followingCHARLES CAINE son of my deceased ... 
brother Edward Charles Caine - FRANK WILLIAMS son of my 
deceased sister Helen Amelia Williams - FREDERICK WILLIAMS
