This is the last will and testament of me Philip Teare of Albany Road,
Douglas, Isle of Man.
I direct that after payment of my just debts duties and dues one
thousand two hundred and fifty pounds sterling be invested or placed to good
advantage in trust and that the interest to dividend thereon be paid yearly
to my wife Agnes during her lifetime.  I also leave and bequeath
to my wife Agnes my furniture and house furnishings absolutely.  And for
affection and carrying out the purposes aforesaid stated I nominate and
appoint my brother Robert his heirs executors administrators and
assigns as executor and trustee and my wife Agnes as executrix and trustee
for the purposes and particulars of this will hereinafter
following:
I nominated and appoint my brother Robert his heirs executors administrators
or assigns as executor and also my niece Lillie Radcliffe
her heirs executors administrators or assigns as executrix.
I leave and bequeath my interest in any lands or houses to my sister
Isabella widow of the lately deceased Thomas Radcliffe and in case she
predeceases myself then such interest to be divided in equal parts between
her surviving children.
I leave and bequeath the sum of ten pounds sterling to each of my deceased
brother Daniel's children namely Charles, Ellan, Norah and
Annie.
I leave and bequeath the sum of fifty pounds sterling to Wilfred and ten
pounds sterling to each of Charles, Philip and Walter the sons of my brother
Robert.
I leave and bequeath the residue of my estate and effects to be divided in
equal parts among my sisteršs Isabella and Sophia and my brother Robert.
I direct that after the death of my wife Agnes the aforesaid amount or sum
of moneys  set apart in trust for the benefit of my wife during her lifetime
be divided and that three fifths part hereof be paid to my niece Lillie
Ratcliffe and the remaining two fifths part thereof be paid to my niece Amy
Ratcliffe dated this the twenty seventh day of December one thousand nine
hundred and eleven.

Agnes Teare renounced executorship of will with Robert Teare of
Ballacallin in the parish of Patrick farmer a brother of the testator and
Lillie Radcliffe  were sworn in  with pledges being John Thomas Quirk of
Ballacosnahan farmer and Arthur Wilfred Teare of Ballacallin farmer in
amount of four thousand pounds.
