The humble petition of Elizabeth Jane Graves of No. 10 Somerset Road in the
borough of Douglas spinster.
Sheweth as follows:
Christian Anne Graves late of No 10 Somerset Road in the borough of Douglas
spinster a sister of your petitioner died on the 22nd day do November 1916
leaving a will dated the 28th day of June 1902 of which she died not
appointing any executor and under which your petitioner is sole devisee and
legatee.
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Honor
may be pleased to grant administration of the estate and effects
of the said Christian Anne Graves with her said will annexed to your
petitioner and your petitioner will pray.
I Christian Ann Graves late of Woodville Peel do will and bequest
unconditionally all I died possessed of in real estate or personal estate
to my sister Elizabeth J. Graves signed in the presence of Christian Anne
Graves J. S. Wood

Douglas and Arthur John Ridge teacher in the amount of sixty pounds entered
into bond.
