	I Thomas Alfred Kermode of Minorca Laxey
	in the Parish of Lonan, Joiner, being of sound 
	mind memory and understanding do make this my last
	Will and Testament in manner following hereby revoking
	and cancelling all wills heretofore made by me
	I leave devise and bequeath the whole of my real
	and personal estate of whatsoever nature or description
	or wheresoever situate or found to my wife Margaret
	Kermode as her own absolutely. And I also hereby
	nominate constitute and appoint my wife Margaret 
	Kermode sole executrix of this my last Will and 
	Testament and have hereunto subscribed my name
	this the first day of July in the year one thousand
	nine hundred and sixteen
