Division
The humble Petition of
John Joseph Creer
blacksmith and Frank
Creer farmer both of
Ballamona, Foxdale in the
parish of Patrick
Sheweth as follows:-
1.Your petitioners’ father the above named William
Creer died at Foxdale aforesaid on the eighteenth
day of September 1917 intestate.
2.It is necessary that representation should be set
up to the personal estate and effects of the said deceadant.
Wherefore your petitioners humbly pray a
hearing hereof and that your Honor may
be pleased to grant letters of
administration of the personal estate
and effects of the said William Creer
deceased to your petitioners with such
other and further relief as is meet and
your petitioners will ever pray

holden at Douglas on Monday the 22nd day of
October 1917 at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon whereof
