Ben Levinson has taken the accredited courses offered by the Architectural Institute of British Columbia. He is qualified to advise you on your building envelope construction. For existing buildings, that means upgrading to the new rainscreen requirements . For new buildings that means treating the West Coast climate with respect. We have created proven details that deflect the elements of wind, rain and snow, and take into account heat, cold and dewpoint. Our extra inspections give the client the assurance that the details designed are built as drawn, while our representative is on site watching the process.
