Design-Build

Design-Build is popular today, in that the owner receives a one-stop package that allows the contractor flexibility during construction. We can prepare "Design-Build" specifications on the owner's behalf or, conversely, we can work with the contractor to interpret these Design-Build packages and create an economical and forceful design to bid on the Design-Build competition.
