June Bug 2009 Prize Addition
2009 Rules of Equine Canada, Article A 601 - "Additional classes may be offered provided due notice is issued to exhibitors."
Please note the LIEC Board of Directors has added Class 24 to the Junebug Prize List - FEI Test of Choice. This is to allow our members who have entered class 23 an opportunity to ride a second FEI test.We realize that it is difficult to ride 2 higher level classes on the same day but we are unable to accomodate this class on Saturday - it will run on Sunday. If you have already entered Class 23 and wish to ride a second FEI test on Sunday, please let me know as soon as possible - we can schedule your tests to allow for a rest period between classes for your horse.I can be reached at 250 652 5189 or diannemoore@shaw.ca

Marley Farm 11 July 2009 1/3PM RIDE OR DRIVE
Please let your membership know that, weather permitting and the hay crops in, we will be holding our Mt. Newton Valley Ride or Drive on Saturday 11 July.
HCBC required. Something for every level starting with beginners who might like to ride around the Marley Farm, those who perfer to Walk/Trot in company on either long or short routes or for those comfortable at canter there is a long route. All rides leave at staggered times under the supervision of a Ride Marshall. Carriages don't depart until the last rider is back. There is a safety check.
Entry comes with an invitation to a Wine Tasting in Marley Farm Winery.
