| About Us Hello and a warm Welcome to Lily’s Pad Bed and Breakfast. Our story … My husband, Ken and I moved to Kelowna on June 1, 2005 from Beaumont, Alberta. We have two children, son Darcy and daughter Tanas. We are the proud grandparents of four beautiful grandchildren. I worked for a number of years at various office jobs, the most recent for 18 ½ years for an Alberta owned pressure vessel manufacturer in Edmonton. In the 80’s, I was fortunate enough to represent Alberta twice at the Scott Tournament of Hearts. Curling and people are my passion. Ken retired in 1999 after a successful teaching career of 37 years. The nest was empty! We visited family and friends in the Okanagan Valley for many years and always admired the hot summers and the mild winters. The bed and breakfast idea had always been a passion and dream of mine so with Ken’s support, he said “Let’s do it!” So here we are! |
