Ephesians II

Ephesians 1:1-23

How often did you ever hear the pulpit salute you with the words "grace and peace"? Practically every letter of Paul opens with the salutation of "grace and peace be unto you from God the father and His son Jesus Christ." So if God's salutation is one of "grace and peace," then why are we preaching "law and war"? Friends, Paul teaches us in Romans 5:1-2 that being justified by the faith of Christ we now have peace with God and have access into His grace. So if God is at peace with us, and His relationship towards us is based on grace, then why is the pulpit teaching us that God still gets angry with man?

If God made peace through the shed blood of His Son, then why is the pulpit still preaching law when the law has been fulfilled in Christ? Is the law of grace? Is it of faith? Did the law ever produce any peace between God and man? Was not the law the middle partition that divided God from man, and kept man at war between himself and God?

Did not the law produced wrath? After the cross, when did God ever salute us with "wrath and war" from God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ"? Friends, the pulpit of Evangelical Christianity is still preaching "law and wrath." They aren't saluting the people with "grace and peace."

There is only one Gospel, and it is the Gospel of the Grace and Peace of God. God is no longer angry with anyone. Religion would have you think otherwise because they are still leading people to believe that "good gets God and bad gets beat." The Evangelical Christian Doctrine is one of "law and war." "If you do good then God will be at peace with you, but of you do bad then God will be at war with you." Friends, if we have ever been blessed with anything from the blessed Father and Son, it has to be with none other than "grace and peace." These are the spiritual blessings we have been blessed with in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

What more can anyone be blessed with than to know that God is no longer angry with anyone and is no longer dealing with anyone according to their sins? Wouldn't you called this sort of thing a blessing of "grace and peace"? Notice that verse 3 of Ephesians says "who hath." In other words, is a done deal. We aren't looking to be at peace with God and hoping for His grace according to our works. Are we? We've already been blessed with the greatest blessing that God has ever given to man. It is called "grace and peace." What more of a blessing can anyone enjoy and rejoice in than to know that God is no longer angry with them and that He has made peace with them?

Friends, these blessings are in Christ Jesus. Paul is not making reference to some external blessing as the Charismatic Mathematic Evangelical Christian Church has deceived us into believing? They use this verse and more like them to lead you to think that the spiritual blessings can be transformed into physical blessing if you just release faith to receive them so that you can put your hard earned dollars into the pocket of these prosperity pimps. Friends, if the spiritual blessings spoken of here in verse 3 have anything to do with financial prosperity, then these blessings don't come as a free gift but as an earned work.

First of all, we don't bless ourselves because He is the one who has already blessed us with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus. Secondly, this verse has nothing to do with one seeking to be blessed with an abundant amount of money since this is not a future promise. It is something that has already been done and it was done at the finished work of the cross in Christ Jesus. The Evangelical Charismatic Mathematic pulpit has totally raped and perverted this verse and more, and the people are still trying to earn God's favor, grace and peace through their self-righteous efforts of holier than thou performance. The Evangelical Pew has and is still being deceived by the pulpit.

This entire chapter is not about "He will" but about "He Hath." It is a done deal. To believe and think that these verses are used for the purpose of receiving from God, is to actually be saying that what He "Hath" done is not completed. The Christian pulpit has perverted every single letter of Paul by making them out to be something that it is not. What we have today in our Evangelical pulpit is a "Add, subtract, divide, multiply" witchcraft doctrine of laws, rules, regulations and money. The blessings of the Evangelical Pulpit come from the millions of ignorant religious people that are basing their relationship with God on what He will do for them, instead of what He "Hath" done for them.

Now you know why many, if not all who are involved in this cult do not have any real understanding of the "grace and peace" of God that hath already come through all of God's spiritual blessing in heavenly places (not on earth) in Christ Jesus. Friends, if these blessing are about making money or some financial breakthrough, then we are doing a pretty poor job of it since I have yet to see anyone get rich from it. The only rich one's I know are those who are preaching out of this verse in a perverted manner. Prosperity is a temporal thing and it has never bought "grace and peace" between God and man. There's no greater blessing than to know that God has saved all by grace apart from the works of the law and that He is no longer angry with us because of sin.
