Ephesians
VI Ephesians 1:1-23 The inheritance spoken of in verse 11 is not talking about money. Our inheritance is Christ. Through Christ we have inherited something much greater than what money can buy. Our inheritance in Christ is none other than the eternal life we all been given by grace, and how the whole world did not receive what we all really deserved -- "Hell." It was God and Christ who worked it all out for everyone. It was all according to His will and good pleasure that the whole world has inherited eternal life by grace apart from works or the law of Moses. "For God so loved the world." "For God sent no His Son to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." It was after the counsel of His own will that we all have received the inheritance of eternal life in Christ. It was God who predestinated everyone. It had nothing to do with any of man's religious, self-righteous and holier than thou will. It is not man who approves who has believed or who hasn't, and based on whether they do or don't believe they will inherit eternal life and be predestinated to heaven or hell. It was God who said that He had pronounced ALL in unbelief so that He could justify ALL as believers. Romans 11:32. As far as God is concerned we are all to the praise of His glory. Not our self-righteous religious and holier than thou two face glory, nor man's religious witchcraft doctrinal glory. In verse 12 Paul mentions the word "trusted," and this simple stands for nothing more than he (Paul) being one of the first who had trusted in Christ and gave up trusting in the law. Unlike "Peter, James and John," who went back to trusting in the law after trusting in Christ. Did you know that the "3 Amigos" really never trusted in Christ nor in His grace? Had they really and honestly trusted in God's grace, they would not have gone back to preaching out of the law again? Evangelical Christianity really don't believe in God nor fully trust in His grace. If they did, they wouldn't be mixing grace with law just as the "3 Amigos" did. As far as I can tell, Evangelical Christianity only believe in their doctrines. You will never find any of all the thousand of religious denominational branches of Christianity agreeing with one another. They all have a different doctrine and teaching on predestination and inheriting the kingdom of God. They all approach it from the stand point of "good gets God and bad gets Beat." Not a single branch of Christianity preaches salvation by grace apart from works, or the law of Moses. If we were to get meticulous, it can be said that Evangelical Christianity is most definitely preaching a perverted gospel, do not really believe in God and do not trust in the finished work of the cross, otherwise they wouldn't be preaching, that in order for one to be saved, they have to do this, that and the other, and if they don't, they aren't really saved. All of their doctrines revolved around conditions and religion. Their doctrine of salvation is proven when they visually and physically witness someone make a confession of Christ before their presence. Then, if the person demonstrates a change in their presence, then they affirm and confirm that person as being saved and inheriting eternal life. Hogwash! They never base the salvation of the world as something that God chose to do out of His own will. It is always based on man's will and their doctrines. In verse 13 the word "trusted" appears in italic form. That means that the word was inserted there by the men who translated the letters of Paul from the Greek to the King James English language. The proper rendition is "In whom you also, after ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation." Now, if Evangelical Christianity and other religions were really trusting in the truth of the Gospel, they wouldn't be putting no conditions to salvation by grace alone, and they wouldn't be mixing the law along with it. That simply means that Evangelical Christianity and "Bob Larson" don't really believe (have not fully trusted in) the Gospel of the Grace of God no more than the "3 Amigos" did. If they did, then they wouldn't be preaching and teaching a gospel of exclusion and inclusion. The reason why Evangelical Christianity doctrines have been for so long in such a confusing mess is simply because they continue to preach a gospel of "eternal life inherited for those who believe" and "eternal hell for those who don't." There is nothing loving about the doctrines of Evangelical Christianity and other religions. They are all based on conditions. And the reason for that is due to the fact that they continue to mix two covenants together. That's how they make their money and make suckers out of those who sit under their religious organizations. People who just believe and swallow everything that comes from the pulpit. People who are too shallow to think for themselves and are afraid to question the religious establishment because they think that all of these men who stand behind the pulpit in their three piece suits with their tie so tight around their necks that is choking the oxygen to their brains, have been called of God. Friends, your inheritance is in Christ. You did not inherit God's inheritance when you first trusted or believed in Christ. It was something that had been done, and prepared for all before the foundation of the world. We were all sealed with that holy Spirit of promise because of what God had promised that He would do before the foundations of the world. Notice that it says: "that holy Spirit of promise". It doesn't say: "The Holy Spirit Promised". The promise was given to Abraham and his "SEED." Please read Galatians chapter 4 or see my study at www.gogm.tk on Galatians. What was "that holy Spirit of promise?" 2 Cor 5:19 and Romans 11:32. That God concluded them all in unbelief in order to conclude all as believers. That God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself not holding their sins against them. Friends, God did all of this and more out of His own will since He has never found anyone to have fully trusted and believed on Him. Outside of Jesus there has never been anyone that God has trusted. "There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They "ALL" gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable, there is NONE THAT DOETH GOOD, no, not ONE." Romans 3:11-12. Only in Jesus God has inherited the whole world by Himself. Thank God for the grace that brought us all the inheritance of eternal life, and sealed us all with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of His glory. All of this took place at the cross. We've all been redeemed, and purchased with His blood. Ehp. 2:13. There's just so much that can be taught out of this first chapter alone. I could spend a lifetime teaching out of these 23 verses found in Ephesians one. I just love verse 23 "that filleth ALL in ALL." Grace N Peace Eddie Narvaez |
