Ephesians
XV Ephesians 4:1-32 Now, here in verse one of chapter 4 we have yet another religious "snag" that practically all of Evangelical Christianity Pulpit's get stuck in. "The Lord wants us to walk worthy of the vocation that He has called us into." "As believers we need to set the example, and if we are going to be counted worthy then we must walk a Christ like walk." "Anything short of a worthy walk is an abomination to The Lord and you all know that God will not use a dirty vessel." "Walking worthy simply means that you abstain from all appearance of evil, give no place to the devil, do what is right, and do not allow sin to reign in your life." "If you keep to the doing of these things then the world will know that you are walking worthy of the Lord and the Lord is pleased with you." Friends, if the stench of religious hypocrisy could reach the heavens, the "3 Amigos" would be the first to identify it because they were very familiar with the stench. The fact is that none of us, Evangelical, Muslim, and whatever religion we may be affiliated with can sincerely say that we always walk with all lowliness, meekness, long-suffering and forbearing one another. Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Yeah right! -- as my 8 year old grandson "Knick" says. Friends, we are worthy because of what Jesus has done and not because of what we have done, are doing or will ever do. We lie to ourselves and make of ourselves hypocrites when we lead ourselves to believe that it is our good deeds that identifies us worthy of the Lord. Hogwash! Friends, we are worthy, lowly, long-suffering, meek and forbearing when we accept the fact that we were ALL called to the unity of One Spirit (one mind, one heart, one family, one Lord) encouraging one another in the love of God. The word "peace" pretty much says it all in verse 3. There is now peace between God and man because we are ALL one in Christ. Religion does not endeavor to keep the unity. If Evangelical is endeavoring to keep the unity then I must have missed it because there is no other religion in the world more divided, more confusing, more bias, and hateful than the doctrines they preach. A doctrine of division, and exclusion. A doctrine that teaches the "bad get hell and the good get heaven." A Two family doctrine. A Jewish Christian, Moses and Jesus doctrine. A doctrine of mixed nuts. A doctrine of water and oil. Mixing law and grace. A deadly doctrine totally lacking in true lowliness, meekness, long-suffering, forbearance and in truth. It is a lie when the Evangelical Pulpit and other religions like them tell you that they seek after to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. The Evangelical doctrine do not see it as "One body, One Spirit, One hope, One Lord, One faith, One baptism, One God and Father of ALL, who is above ALL, and in us ALL." The "Focus On The Family" "Dobson's" don't see it as One family in Christ. The "Pat Robertson's" and other like him don't see as ALL being One family in Christ. According to them, when Christ ascended up on high, He led captivity captive only for believers and gave gifts only to some men. Totally the opposite of what Paul teaches in verse 8. Today's so called apostle's, prophets, evangelist's, pastors and teachers are not about the perfecting of the saints (every person that Christ has ever died for). They are out for the perfecting of themselves and others who they believe and approve of as being saints simply because they do good deeds. Just turn on the television and listen closely to what these so called modern apostle's, prophets, evangelist's, pastors and teachers are preaching today. Then we wonder why there is no unity, not even amongst them. Then people wonder why I continue to expose them for their religious lies and hypocrisy. As long as Evangelical Christianity doesn't see it as "ONE," there will never be unity of faith in Christ. There will never come to the knowledge of the Son of God, and how He has now made us ALL a perfect man, nor be able to measure the stature of the fulness of Christ. As long as religion continues to see it as two, men, women and children will be tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive." Friends, today's pulpit is teaching, doing, believing and acting no different from the Jews were back in Paul's days. It was all about keeping it to two families. Grace mixed with the law of Moses.
