Romans 3:1-31

Friends, unbelief or belief does not change anything with God and it doesn't gain us nor takes anything away with God. Our salvation is not based on belief or unbelief. The faith of God, the saving grace of God, the redemption of God, the finished work of God is not one bit affected by the belief or unbelief of anyone. The Jews held to such a mind set, but God turned it around by what Paul says in Romans 11:32 "For God has concluded them ALL in unbelief, so that He might have mercy upon ALL."

This goes both for the Jew first and the Gentiles. God came to the conclusion that since there were none good enough, believing good enough, so He decided to conclude them ALL in unbelief. "Shall their unbelief make the faith of God (not of men) without effect?"

Paul answers the question in verse 4 with a resounding "God forbid: let God be true and every, every, every, every, every man a liar."

Religion is full of liars. When a preacher stands behind that pulpit or an evangelist preaches on the streets telling people to repent and believe, they are lying.

The unbelief of people does not change the fact that God saved the entire world at the cross of Jesus Christ, and to say that it is our belief that saves us is to make God a liar and His faith of no effect. "Yes, let God be true and every man a liar." Friends, the entire human race was justified before God because of the effectual faith of God. It has nothing to do with what man has done or are doing. Unbelief is overcome when we realize that it was God who justified us all in Christ Jesus. The whole world was judged at the cross, and both belief and unbelief were fulfilled since God knew none were righteous, not one.

Friends, God is not unrighteous. God is no longer in the business of vengeance Whenever we place our own religious self-righteous works above the finished work of the cross, we are actually saying that the finished work of the cross was not a completed work. It wasn't good enough. It has to be my righteousness, plus God's righteousness and my believing that saves me. Jesus is left out of the picture and we add our own filthy rags of works to the holy work of the cross of Christ. Friends, all of God's vengeance was unleashed in the body of Christ.

"God forbid" it says in verse 6 of Romans that God should again judge and punish the world for sin after placing all of His wrath upon Jesus. We make God a liar when we go around justifying ourselves and condemning others of their sins when God judged the entire world at the cross of Jesus Christ and nailed the law of sin and death in the body of Jesus. God forbid! God made a liar out of every man by concluding them all in unbelief because there has never been any man that has sincerely and truly believed the Gospel of God's grace.

Everything that man has ever believed has been based on the tree of good and evil. "Good gets God and bad gets beat." In verse 7 Paul defends the truth of God, and if Paul were to be lying about the truth of the saving grace of God that came through the finished work of Christ upon the cross, then why was Paul still being judged as a sinner? In verse 9 Paul again asked: "What then, are we (Jews) better than the Gentiles? NO, no, no, no, in no way; for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are ALL under sin unbelief). In verse 10 Paul takes the self-righteous, holier than thou, hypocrite finger pointing Jews to an old testament quote.

"As it is written." Friends, where is it written? It is written in the law. Paul was making reference to the law and he was reminding the Jews of the very law they were violating and found guilty of: "There is none righteous, (none better than the other- circumcised or not) no, not one: There is none (Jew, Christian, Benny Hinn, Pat Robertson, not one single religious sucker, dead or alive) that understands, there is none that seeketh after God's grace. They all seek to serve Him by their dead bone's works." Friends, what we have today is the same old self-righteous Jewish Christian finger pointing gospel of unbelief. A gospel of works and judgment instead of grace and peace.
