Women's Groups

United Church Women (UCW groups): new members warmly welcomed.

Seekers: meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:15 pm at the church. 

Sunrisers: meet in the Lounge on the first Wednesday of each month at 10 am and on other Wednesdays at 9:30 am for craft mornings. 

She Shares: meets on the last Sunday of the month from 7 to 9 pm at the church. Themes of activities include book review, sharing faith journey, other faith exploration, family and social events.

Other Groups

Choir: Our choir rehearses Thursdays at 7:45 pm with director Mary Yan and organist/pianist Lori Foidl. They provide music each Sunday plus special Easter and Christmas presentations. 

United Church Men: The group meets to work on special projects for the church. 

Ad Hoc Groups meet as needed with a focus on particular congregational concerns. These might include:

• Baptism preparation

• Confirmation classes

• Discussions about the authority of the Bible and spiritual growth

• Discussions on current social justice issues

• Inquiry evenings regarding church membership

• Religion-in-life preparation for United Church children in Guiding and Scouting groups
