The client company has the opportunity to analyze LW's completed and logged
data forms about the short listed candidates, who have given LW written
permission to share the information for this purpose.

All candidates are personally interviewed by an LW
representative. In some cases a telephone interview may be necessary due
to time or distance limitations. An interview form must be completed, dated,
signed and logged by an LW interviewer.

Thorough screening always includes at least three
current reference checks in which the references must have been in a supervisory
capacity. A telephone reference form for each reference must be completed,
dated, signed and logged by a LW interviewer.

Academic credentials are verified with the corresponding
University or College registrars. An academic qualifications telephone
form must be completed, dated, signed and logged by a LW interviewer.

We insure that each candidate is committed to your
assignment.

LW stands behind its guarantee that it will not profit
for brokering the consultant's contract if the consultant is found to be
unsatisfactory within a two week or negotiated period of time.

We are committed to finding the best qualified consultant
for the assignment. Under no circumstances is the client company obligated
to contract until they are satisfied.

screened and each candidate is personally interviewed.
