Boogie Jack's Web Depot   What can I say? Without this site, my web pages would not exist. There are lots of free tutorials on html, web design tips, free graphics, a free newsletter and lots more. It is all written in an easy to understand style with the odd giggle along the way to lighten things up when you are pulling your hair out because something won't work. And if you are really stuck, there is a contact area to ask questions and I have always had prompt answers. I also highly recommend Dennis' book Web Site Design Made Easy (I'm really a hard-copy type of person).

Web Graphics on a Budget  Not only did I decide to force my 50+ year old brain cells into learning html, but also decided to learn to use Paint Shop Pro. This site has lots of great tutorials on PSP and I am still working my way through them.

Grafx Design Great tutorials on Photoshop, Corel, Paint Shop Pro, animations and just general stuff.
