RATES

[1] Basic Situations *: $50 per hour in house.

Usually charge 2 to 7 hours, but most jobs need about three days to weeks.

[2] Server/Raid Situations *: $80 per hour in house.

Usually charge 3 to 7 hours, but most jobs need about three days to weeks.

[3] Dead, noise making devices: About $350 for desktop & $550 for server / Raid in most situations.

Usually take 3 days to weeks to turn around.

[4] Flat Rate:

         a) $100 for floppy disk,
                             CD, CDR, CDRW,
                             Zip Disk,
                             SuperDisk,
                             Digital Camera Memory Cards/Stick,
                             each corrupted file, up to 700MB.

         b) $350 for 4mm (DDS & DDS-2 & DDS-3, DDS-4),
                       8mm (112m & 160m),
                       QIC (Ditto, DC2000, DC2120),
                       Bernoulli cartridges,
                       JAZZ,
                       SPARQ,
                       SYJET cartridges,
                             Travan (TR-1, TR-3, TR-4, TR-5) tapes, up to 40GB.

         c) $550 for DLT ( III, IV, 1, Super),
                       AIT ( AIT-2),
                       ADR
                             LTO Ultrium tapes, up to 220GB

[5] Special situations: About $1250 up ( will call to confirm ).

Notes: (a) Usually take 10 days to weeks.
(b) Prepayment required.

[6] Rush jobs: plus 50% more on total bill.

Usually take 1 to 3 days for most jobs.

[7] SuperRush jobs: plus 100% more on total bill.

For weekend (Sat. Sun), holiday, and after-hours jobs.

[8] Onsite Service: start from $2000, plus $180 per hour AND trip expenses if out of town.

Notes: (a) Usually take about 1 to 2 days.
(b) Prepayment required.

Notes:
    (a) No file, No charge.
    (b) Any jobs under $350 for desktop & $550 for server / Raid, we will go ahead without further approval.
    (c) Will charge extra for any other services, such as installing programs, setting up recovered data, looking for special files ...
    (d) You will need to pay $65 for the rush, weekends, and holiday jobs if not successful.
    (e) You will need to pay $65 evaluation fee for early withdrawal if the data recovery has started.
    (f) You will need to pay $2000 for the onsite service AND trip expenses if not successful.
    (g) Usually we need to hold on your original devices 7 days for you to check the recovered data.
            If you want to get your original device(s) back, there is extra $50 to cover re-assembling and shipping cost.
    (h) Destination Media for Recovered Data:

Ship one backup hard drive, which is bigger than or equal to the default one, in good working condition without any data.
(1) FREE of charge (preferred) if shipping it with the default one.
(2) U$15 for data transfer if shipping it after finishing the data recovery.

Or purchase one hard drive from us.

Or Burn into CDR (about 600MB each), U$15 each.
