The final exam for this course is 100% of the mark.
Attending the course isn't as necessary to earning a good grade as getting your
hands on as many old exams as possible (from Zap! Copy in the SUB and 'other'
sources) and studying them for a day or so before the final. It seems that
the professor largely recycles the same core set of questions year after year,
so if you do a few of the old exams, you should be adequately prepared.
Below are some answers to the 2005 exam, which I'm sure Zap! Copy doesn't have
on file yet.
Long story short, I do not have the entire 2005 exam posted
here. Hopefully, you can find a copy of that through channels.
I do, however, have all the solutions for the multiple choice
section! They were taken from the prof's solutions, so I guarantee they
are correct!
Below, I have posted all the correct answers, with some of the
questions included. Once you get your hands on a copy of the 2005 exam,
this will be a complete, accurate solution set. If you do get your hands
on a copy of the 2005 exam, please send it to me!
In case you're wondering how I got these, I only got a
"B" on the final, but could have sworn I did much better. So I
went to the Records Office to review my exam and jotted down all the solutions
(and some of the questions that I wanted to look up). Turned out the Prof
marked me brutally on the long answer section - unless you put down exactly
what he wanted he gave you next to no marks...
