“My
assistant attended the course and was able to start the school year with a
good understanding of the philosophy, some of the nuances, and its
application in the classroom. It was a huge relief - I strongly recommend
the Assistant’s Course for anyone stepping into the Montessori classroom.”

The Montessori Training Centre of BC will
once again offer an Association Montessori Internationale (“AMI”) Assistants
Course this summer. The intention of the course is to help interested adults
become able assistants both at home as well as in a Montessori Children’s
House (children 2˝ to 6+ years old). It highlights the important work of the
adult as an aid to the child’s development at the crucial early stages of
life; knowledge and understanding that could be applied at home.
