Instructor Raja Lee

Raja Lee began his training as a child taught by his father, an instructor in Mok Gar and San Shou (Chinese form of kick boxing).  Raja attained his Gold Stripe (Black Belt) for San Shou at the age of 14.  When Raja was 15 years old he began his studies in Jeet Kune Do/MMA under Sifu Darren Sagas and achieved his phase 5 teaching certificate.

Over the years,  Raja has studied in many different styles of Martial Arts. He has won both Regional and National titles and awards for Kickboxing and San Shou Kickboxing.   Raja has not only traveled to Japan to train in Shooto Kickboxing, Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts,  but has also trained in Thailand at the famous Phuket MuayThai Training Camp.  He is still actively training in San Shou, Kickboxing, MMA and Judo not only to improve his own skills but to help his students perfect theirs as well.

Instructor/Sensei Cliff Craske

Sensei Cliff Craske began his training in Vernon in 1991 under the
instruction of 4th Dan black belt Herb Milton.  Sensei Craske obtained is
1st degree black belt in 1999 from the Canadian Kyokushin Karate
Organization (CKKO) and the International Karate Organization (IKO) in
Tokyo Japan.

Sensei Craske has supplemented his training with trips to the United States, Hawaii, and throughout Canada. Sensei Craske has competed in tournaments at both the local and national levels, and has not only trained with but has taught several members that have went on to the World Karate Competition.
