Standard economics includes several excellent tools which can be used by an alternative framework. In this document I briefly describe the most important of these, plus the terms and concepts which underlie them.

The first edition of Needs and Limits, which includes the "Rejected Ideas" that were omitted from the second edition.

The second edition of Needs and Limits, which improves the treatments of trade and population.

A critique of Human Economics by UK health economist Douglas McCulloch. Human Economics was an early version of ENL.
