The 2007 Festa Italiana
Was Sunday August
26th, From 11am-8pm.
Every year NewPort Merchants and their sponsors follow the Italian
tradition of hosting a village festival, welcoming thousands to enjoy
entertainment, food and contests. Our spaghetti-eating and
watermelon-eating contests have become legendary! It's all for
charity.
Thank you for attending the 5th annual Festa Italiana
in NewPort Village. This year proved to be another successful
festival. More food, more people, great contests, and lots of donations
to the
Michael Cuccione
Foundation. Thank you to all of the entertainers, volunteers
and participants who make the Festa Italiana Possible. This was another
beautiful Port Moody Day.
