your health supplement store. A natural antihistamine is activated
quercertin.

formulas
include bromelain which helps with digestion.
This is something that can be done on a regular
basis:
Salt
Snort
¼
tsp salt (celtic preferred)
¼
tsp baking soda
6
ounces water
Boil
the water, pour into a cup and add salt and
soda. Cool to room temperature. Pour some into your cupped hand and
while
pinching the opposite nostril closed, snort the water into the nose.
Spit out
what drains into the throat. Do the other nostril. Can be repeated four
times
per day.
