Dear Editor:
Phthomephthing to Phthink About
A flyer sent out this week by Skeena-Bulkley MP, Nathan Cullen, highlights his successful promotion of a bill to ban phthalate chemicals from a host of plastic products, including children’s toys. In an act of rare agreement among MPs, his bill passed unanimously and he deserves credit for bringing it to the House.
However, as previously pointed out, this good news is tainted by the fact that Nathan and most of his NDP colleagues continue to support the ongoing holocaust of Canadian preborn children. Over 100,000 of them perish each year by abortion. It’s comforting to think that if they had not been brutally killed by abortion they might now be spared exposure to “toxic toys”.
