Rhubarb Crumble

1c flour (1/2 ww)

3/4 c rolled oats

1 c brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 c butter

Mix together, save 1/2 for the top. Press 1/2 into a  9x9 pan.

Cook 4 c diced rhubarb with:

1 c sugar (less for other fruit - plums, peaches etc.)

1 Tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla

1 c water

When thick and clear pour over the bottom layer, add the top layer and bake at 350F about 1 hour. This is really good warm!
