The Arts Fest exhibition is in Burns Lake this year (until May 18^th) hosted by the Lakes District Arts Council and Process 4 Circle Arts Gallery.  Next year it will be in Quesnel.  It has been in Prince George, Williams Lake and MacKenzie.

It is an annual event where emerging artists residing in the Central Interior get together to exhibit their work, network with other artists, attend an arts practicum symposium and listen to critiques from jurors.  48 pieces by 28 different artists were entered this year.  From them the jurors chose ten pieces to be displayed throughout the Central Interior in the coming months.
