This month since it’s October I thought I’d talk about Thanksgiving and Halloween.
So one of my best friends has come up for Thanksgiving and she used to live here but moved to Kamloops. I’m so excited to have her here. I’ve only seen her twice since she moved one on my family’s way to Kelowna and once on our trip back. It’s awesome that she gets to come here and see all her friends who can’t just go up and see her and even though we haven’t met up yet as I write this I know that once we do meet up it’s going to be awesome and we’re going to have a great time. I can’t wait.
Halloween. Halloween is big for some people, not so big for others, and barely there for the rest. Well that’s how I see it. It’s not so big for me, but I still love dressing up. Going to the value village and mix and matching random things to get a costume, putting to costumes together, buying a full costume, or even making one. I think those are the best ways for a costume, randomly throwing things together has worked too, I know from experience. This year I still have no idea what I’m going to be, and probably won’t until 3 or 4 days before Halloween, unless I get some random idea before then.
So October should be a pretty sweet month, and until next month, this is
