This is a restoration project waiting to start. There has been an older resto done but not a real professional job. There are some cracks and chips out of body filler that need to be repaired / replaced, and some rust in the usual spots (fender wells, below doors, rear quarters). The good news is, with these cars becoming more popular to restore, the aftermarket parts have become easier, and cheaper to find. This car has some nice factory options - factory tach (working), clock, interior light switch on the dash and the dash pad is not cracked with pcs missing. Headlight covers are complete but the vacumn lines are cracked so it has been disconnected. Tail lights are good except for a small crack in the center section (barely visable).
The original motor & tranny (351w - 4 barrel & fmx tranny) have been pulled out and replaced with a 1985 Mustang 5 litre with auto trans. It has a Holley 650 double pumper that needs rebuilding due to sitting for too long. (Floats and jets sticky). Original motor not available. I'm sure you can find one around, they are available pretty reasonably.
