Bobby Cielos Loft Project

The Beginning

     The loft construction started on the 3rd week ng September 2005. The new loft has a floor area of 12'x 8', divided into 3 sections. Bobby and his brother would meet every weekend to do the loft project.

Skeleton I
Aspanite wood sheet 4'x 8'(32 pcs) were purchased and used in 4 corners including the floor and ceiling. Table saw were used to strip the studs of 2"x 4".

Skeleton II
Used strips of wood on the landing board, 1x6x12 trimmed down into many pieces of 1x1x12. There was quite work involve here, but the savings on the loft construction budget was worth all the troubles.

Skeleton III
Temperature in Winnipeg during winter is freezing. The ideal loft must have insulation in all sides of wall including floor and ceiling.
