First of all, Congratulations to all the winners!!! Next, many thanks to all of you who participated. Without you, Canuck Classic 2005 wouldn’t be possible. How do we thank so many people who worked so hard to make this event as good as we could make it. Our club members and the members of the Chilliwack club did an excellent job whether it be with the food, selling raffle tickets, time pools, doing the boards and all the other many things necessary.

The derby was just “GREAT” this year 2005 basing from all the phone calls, e-mails and judging from the race, the crowd, the gifts and the food. It was nothing short of “SUPERB”. Everything was simply perfect and it will be a challenge to the derby committee next year to duplicate this year’s event.

John and Hilda did a fantastic job with the birds, there wasn’t one bird there that couldn’t have been the winner. To have over 60 day birds out of 100 on the day from a 350 mile race doesn’t get much better. Congratulations for a job well done!!!

Thank you once again Chris for stepping up and doing the auction. Great job.

We are looking ahead to next year and hopefully we will see everyone of you back for another great day with friends and fellow flyers. Enjoy the rest of the year and see you in the spring.
