I never put many photos of my home town on my site, cause I live alone and wanted my privacy after my hubby passed. A posty for: Everyone. From: Ron Victoria BC  The Feedback from Pastor Pam Rivers provided me with a reminder. I had not commented anywhere on the site about emails and mailing list abuse. The Posty process is such that only the sender and the recipient of the Posty actually see the respective E-Mail addresses. The "My Postcard Network" is an automated process that mails the notices for your card and stores the card for 21 days at which time it self destructs. No one (especially not me) ever sees the email addresses. The only addresses I see are the one from people who send me a Posty. I created special Posty pages that can only send messages to me for the feedback and guest book functions and I remove any E-Mail addresses before I post the entries into the guest books. (Even my own.) That prevents any Web Crawling Robots from being able to harvest E-Mail addresses to use for any purpose. The only mail I send to the addresses I get from inbound Guest Book and Feedback entries is a "Thank You" Posty to those who send me feedback, and occasional notices as I add cards for special occasions to Cards From Ogden Point. If you do list your own Web Site Address in your Feedback/Guest Book Entry, I do check the link out and include it so that you can perhaps get another guest or two to your site. I do appreciate feedback and suggestions for improvement to my sites. ...ron...
