Rates - Sea Breeze Cottage

This is a NON-SMOKING property.

Base rate $1,100.00 per week*
Daily rate $220.00 per day* 3-day minimum - shoulder season only, no long weekends.

50% of rental due at time of booking.
Balance (remaining 50%) due 6 weeks prior to rental period.
Payments by personal cheque if made within the above time-frame. If a shorter time-frame then a money order, bank draft or certified cheque would be preferred.
Rate is for up to 5 people. No extra people allowed due to water supply limits.

* Price is the total price.

Cottage is supplied with linens/sheets only. Cottage must be cleaned and laundry done before departure. This will ensure that the cottage will be ready for the next people in.

OFF SEASON RATES:

Off season = October 1 - May 15, excluding Christmas, spring break school holidays, and Statutory Holiday long weekends.
Not available for rental November to March unless full week.

$900.00/week or $180.00/night (3 night minimum).

Long weekends are $600.00 when available.

Rental Agreement: When you book Sea Breeze Cottage we will send you a receipt and confirmation of your reservation after we have received your cheque.

Confirmation: After your initial request, we will hold your booking for 10 (ten) days only. If we have not received your payment by this time, we will allow the property to be rented by others. We will confirm your booking in writing upon receipt of the above.

Cancellation: If you cancel a confirmed booking, you are liable for the full rental payment. If we are able to re-rent the property we will refund to you the lesser of the rental received on the re-rental and the amount paid by you, less a 15% cancellation fee.

Directions & Keys: Upon receipt of the deposit and your final payment, we will send you complete directions and other information (keys etc.) about Sea Breeze Cottage.

Check in & Check out: Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. 4p.m. to 10a.m. (In after 4 p.m. and out before 10 a.m.)

Privacy policy: All information and correspondence will be kept confidential. Such information will only be used for purposes pertaining to the rental of "Sea Breeze Cottage".
