This 800 square-foot post and beam cottage is situated at Salt Spring Island's Long Harbour. There is a short gravel path and 14 steps to the shell and stone beach. There is also a 160 foot walkway leading to a deep water float for moorage. Sea Breeze Cottage is ideal for care-free family gatherings. The home has a brick fireplace with glass doors, and bright south-east facing windows. Patio doors lead to the large deck, ideal for outdoor dining with its picnic table, patio chairs, barbeque and view of Long Harbour. The larger village of Ganges is a 10-minute drive and offers full amenities and services, including restaurants, shops, mini-malls and galleries. Fulford Village has a collection of unique shops, a general store, a marina, two restaurants and a pub. There are 2 golf courses on the island, plus boat rentals, kayak rentals, bike rentals, movie theatre and a dive shop. No fires permitted. It is very dry during the summer with no hydrant nearby to access water. There is a 15' bluff near the cottage fronted by bushes and trees. Considerations There is no phone. One other dwelling on the property behind the cottage and on a hill (excellent privacy). There is a canoe, rowboat, oars and paddles available but no life jackets.  There is a deep water dock attached to the property.
