History of Canadian Feature Films

The goal of this workshop will be to review the development of Canadian film from the point of view of what if anything makes Canadian/Albertan filmmakers different from other filmmakers in the world. And if we are not different why are we not developing something that is uniquely ours.

Assignment: review two Canadian films that could influence the style of current project.
