You can rent it out yourself or put the suite into a pool with The Wynford Group and they do all the work for a fee. Does Woodcroft allow pets? Pets are not allowed. Fish or non-active pets are probably ok How far is the nearest shopping center for groceries and other? Woodcroft is an easy and enjoyable walk to Park Royal Shopping Center along the Capilano River. Park Royal is where you can get almost anything your heart desires. The path is country like, which makes living at Woodcroft so pleasent. An easy 15 to 20 minute walk. Bus service is also available to Park Royal Shopping Mall. Are there any social activities for Seniors at Woodcroft? Yes, there are exersize classes and card (cribbage) games. What was the most recent upgrades to building in which your suite is located? The Lilloett (Tower 3) Building had the plumbing completely upgraded in 2001. All the hallways were upgraded in 2007. What are the taxes and utilities? The taxes for 2006 were $248.00 yr. with the Home Owners Grant. Heat, electricity & parking is included in the monthly fee, $181.00 mo. Cable & telephone is not included. Does Woodcroft offer access to the internet? Yes, you can hook-up with a high speed cable or telephone connection. What are the crime rates. Would I feel safe at Woodcroft? Woodcroft is very safe. There is an on-site security service monitoring the premises 24 hrs, 7 days a week. Does Woodcroft have any recreation facilities?
