Skate Boots
All three brands provide skating boots for all levels of skaters from Canskate and recreation to high competitive. They also provide specialty boots such as Syncronized Skating, Coaches and Custom Fitted. When selecting the boot that's right for you, as a minimum you should consider.
1. The ability and strength of the skater. Different skaters at the same level may require different strength boots depending on their size and skating style.
2. The type and amount of expected use of the skate. Someone who is going to skate everyday will need a stronger boot than someone who is only skating once in a while.
3. How long do you expect the skate to last? Skating boots do break down after a period of time. With young children this should not be a problem as most will outgrow a good quality skate before it breaks down but again this depends on skill level and the amount of use as outlined above.
