A History Of Plymouth Devon England
Every weekend, in order to avoid the bombing of Plymouth, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert took me back to Puddavine Cottage with them, near Totnes.
Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert were wonderful people to work for. We all used to go rambling together in the lovely countryside around there with their nephew, Roy Venton Smith. We had many wonderful times. I worked at Parade Printing Works until 1946.
I married Michael Tatarynowicz on February 15th, 1947. On June 13th 1948, we emigrated to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada eventually changing our last name to Weston in 1963. Michael passed away in November of 2002 and I have since relocated to North Vancouver, British Columbia to be with my family.
Please contact me if you are familiar with these people, times and places in history.
