Petie is barely a handful (literally..she has a dear disposition, rest assured :), and stands just 6" from paw to head, and 6.5" from nose to rump. She is made with with lovely 1.5" and 3" white, rusty beige, and black colored Schulte mohair. She has a waxed pearle cotton nose, mouth and claws, and individual nylon whiskers. Petie's German glass eyes are inset into her head and very carefully detailed to look as real as possible. Her features are carefully needle and scissor sculpted, and I've airbrushed and painted the markings on her face, muzzle, and toes too (she has adorable paw pads and claws!). Petie even has a lightly tinted pink tummy. She is stuffed with fiberfill & glass beads for weight, and is fully wired to allow posing in lots of pappy positions! Even her ears are wired, so she can become a very pretty phalene (drop eared papillon), from time to time. Petie comes with her own round wicker basket with custom christmasy pillow and bows. Her specially hand-made doggie toys are just perfect for her diminutive stature. She brings with her a shiny red ball, basted polymer clay 'rawhide bone', thread tug toy, and chewed sockie (paps love socks!). To keep warm in the winter months my mom has made her a very special crocheted doggie blanket with pure cream cotton which she loves! Papillons are -always- cold and do need their blankies.
