Area Meeting Schedule

Service Team and Group Commissioner meetings are for Scouters and any interested adult members. They are held monthly.

Group Commissioner meeting should be attended by the Group commissioners or a group representative. Assistant Area Commissioners, Registrars, treasurer, H&A Comm and Youth Comm are all expected to attend Service Team meetings. Project Managers should attend whatever meeting they wish to convey new information on their respective projects or submit a report to the AC before the meeting.

These are open meetings, and any parents or leaders who are interested in attending are welcome.

All meetings unless otherwise noted are held at 7:30pm in the Latta Room at Scout House 664 W. Broadway. Parking is available off the alley.
