Warranty Page Our Warranty is simple. We follow the guidelines set out by the Master Painters Association of British Columbia( MPI, MPDA). This provides a Warranty of two ( 2) years on all work, against application and product failures. We also follow their guidelines regarding product choice and application. However, our aim is to make all our customers happy customers. So we will typically exceed all but the most unreasonable expectations. It is occasionally , due to a pre existing condition, impossible to warranty a portion of a paint job, when this occurs we are obligated to bring this to the attention of or customers at the time of the estimate and before commencing work, or as soon as identified.
