Why Hire Pollard's  Well That's a good Question:  I am definitely not the guy for all Projects, Our typical Drywall project is under 2000 Sq. Feet , and often much smaller. Painting projects often go slightly larger in maximum size. My competitive advantage is maximized on projects in this size range. We are not Student amateurs, But rather trained professional with many years of experience, but still we easily match or beat their prices. However in most cases our prices are lower & the quality higher.  Other Advantages are: 1. I take responsibility for your renovation project from the time your Drywall is installed until the last bit of touch up paint, usually to repair damage done by other trades. You will never hear " well that's the drywaller's responsibility" from me. I am the drywall finisher & the painter. 2. In the 34 years I have spent in my trade, I have learned not only how to do the job right, but how to do it as efficiently as possible saving time and materials. This is converted into either cost savings for my customers or a better finished product. 3. But why take my word for it ?
