Photo Gallery The Process, Interior Restoration of your Home 1: Ceiling Repairs The photo below represents the results of moving the light over 2 feet, patching & re-texturing the 2 foot hole the electrician left me . Note, all finishing trades start at the top & work down. The repair was invisible , the customer was very pleased.
Next Step: The walls need repaired, primed & made ready for paint; The photo below shows the wall repairs ready for primer & the trim all painted. The repairs are started on the first day and take 2 to 3 coats of mud , then a primer before work can continue.
Next Step: Sand & spot prime all repairs, then paint all trim, leaving the last coat on the baseboards until after the walls are completed.
Next Step: Paint the walls 2 coats & give the baseboards their final coat.
Repeat Process throughout house
Well The process looks easy , But in this case the hand rails all needed major sanding to prep their re-finishing before the walls could be painted. The finish was sprayed resulting in a finish superior to what the original contractor had produced only a few years prior. Belive it or not the original painter used a roller to finish these rails resulting in a less than remarkable finish. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes I do Exterior Painting As well !

-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Special Projects A Costumer commented that she thought the MDF had sort of charm by itself , that complemented the wall colors, So.....
I painted the risers & center strip a medium shade of beige then with a sea sponge and a bit of glaze added a darker shade on top (light brown) Then after that was completely dry, sprayed the white top & center trim. I would have chosen a different wall color but she seemed to like this one.
An unfinished garage : It started out fire taped only
The photo below shows most of the finished Garage
This is not tile just concrete with a stain and lines applied
The walls below were covered with commercial wall paper it was removed , washed , repaired & repainted.
