The Monterrey Arena has TVs placed in various locations such as the VIP seats, and this video is

sourced from a VHS that directly recorded what was played on the TV.

 

The audio portion of the show is from an audience bootleg, and I don't have any information on it.

 

Overall I'd grade this a B.  The video is a little grainy, but the shots are excellent.
