Our Principal

Allyson Friesen draws on nearly twenty years of business experience in organizational research, strategic planning, performance management, change integration, process and systems development, as well as corporate education.  Ms. Friesen is experienced in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.  Her clients appreciate her team approach, practical recommendations and implementation systems, and her ability to anticipate their needs.  She has a talent for blending the latest business and leadership trends together with “tried and true” management systems that align with the strategic business objectives of the organization.

Prior to establishing KAIS Consulting, Ms Friesen was the Manager of Quality Assurance and Documentation, as well as a Training Consultant for the Tempest Development Group, a municipal software development company.  Her recent projects include a contract role as Director of a private, registered trade college.
