The Artist…  Audrey Meeres, B.Sc., B.F.A.

 

Art has always been part of my life, a constant companion.  Like myself, it also has been a continuous journey of growth and change.  Exploring shape, color and space, through different mediums, is always an exiting adventure.  Striving for an inner expression of how I feel about the subject or its relationship to the environment is always foremost in my art works.  Personally, I like to respond to my environment in a direct way; that is, to choose a medium or technique that helps to transfer my responses to the viewer.   This allows a wonderful freedom of choice that will be visually diverse. This expression is a true reflection of myself.
