Primary membership dues are $35.00. For each subsequent diving family member to become a Top Island Econaut, dues are $20.00. For non-diving club members, membership is $10. There are three types of individual membership: diving, non-diving and honourary. In order to be a diving member, the following criteria must be met

• Valid dive certification (i.e., NAUI, PADI, PDIC, etc.).
• Check out our "dive welcome" document to see if you are the stuff Econauts are made of.
• An application for membership must be filled in and presented to the membership (see bylaw 5)
• Annual diver's liability waiver must be filled in in full. Non-diver's who join us on the boat also have a non-diver's liability waiver. 
• Dive dues must be paid at the time of application and are due annually on January 2nd. In accordance with bylaw 12, if dues are not paid within 60 days, membership ceases.
