11th Annual Pemberton Spud Run

Registration takes place at the NEW Pemberton Community Centre at 08:00 with the run starting at 08:30. This is A fairly flat 7 km run with a combination of pavement and sandy trails, not to mention a couple of fences, just to keep things interesting - what better way to celebrate Canada Day! Cost: $10/adult; $5/child or $20 family. All proceeds will be donated to a local community endeavor T.B.A.

BC Open Water Swimming Championships

1.5km, 3km and 5km races offered in age categories 12 & Under, 14 & Under, and Open. This competition is open to everyone.
Entry fees are $24.00 per competitor. The entry deadline is June 25th, 2008. Race organizers will have the discretion to accept late entries from 8:30-9:00am the day of competition at a fee of $35.00.
