Rema Rema was the first entry for any of the Wolfgang Press members into the 4AD family. A collection of demos made by the band that had disbanded by the time the E.P. was released. It was 4AD's 5th official release in 1980 and very first ep/12". At the time of the recordings the line up for the band was ...
  • Mark Cox (The Wolfgang Press)
  • Michael Allen (The Wolfgang Press)
  • Gary Asquith (Renegade Soundwave)
  • Marco (Adam and the Ants)
  • Max

Wheel In The Roses
The first and only record released. Like all the 1st years released by the label, this became somewhat of a sought-after collector's item. It was re-released in 1984 probably because "Fond Affections" was covered by the Ivo-Watts Russell creation "This Mortal Coil" on the "It'll End In Tears" (CAD 411) lp.

In May, 2003 the e.p. has had a limited release of 1000 as a mail order item cd. It is housed in a slipcase and outer sleeve and includes a fold-out insert with graphics from the groups live dates in 1979. The version of "Feedback Song" is longer containing an introduction of sorts. Let's hope that there is enough interest for this kind of re-release so we will eventually see more of 4AD's back catalogue released.

This same version is also available on the "Nature Mortes - Still Lives" (CAD 117 CD) cd compilation but it has a definitive endding.
