Do We Have Free Will?

My answer:

We have free will to the extent we have the intelligence, strength, and knowledge to trump any other intelligence trying to control us.   In general our choices are our own; they do not come from the outside, or are pre-ordained.  However our potential decisions are too numerous and complex for us to have complete free will.
