Building A New Project Starting February 98
The vertical stabilizer is built after the horizontal stabilizer is bonded into place on the tail cone of the aircraft. The spar for the vertical was completed and in place prior to the horizontal stab being bonded in. Now all vertical stab components are built onto the spar and surface of the horizontal stab.
